Loveland, Colorado is also known as The Sweetheart City. We are located in the foothills, only 50 miles North of Denver. This town of over 60,000 is a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park; but, has it own lovely vistas including beautiful Lake Loveland in the center of town.
Loveland is home to the Larimer County Fairgrounds known as The Ranch, a wonderful venue for concerts, conventions and conferences. The new Embassy Suites, built just South of the fairgrounds is the largest hotel in the Rocky Mountain between Denver and the Canadian border. We have world class shopping at The Promonade Shops at Centerra and in the downtown area. Loveland features delightful art galleries and studios in this town known for its annual sculpture shows; held the second weekend every August. They are the Loveland Sculpture Invitational and Sculpture In the Park. Other events in town include the Valentine Balloon Rally, Cherry Pie Festival and the Loveland Corn Roast Festival. In addition, Engaging Loveland schedules concerts throughout the summer at a variety of venues in town.
